User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") sets out the commitments between you and Patch Learning ("we", "us") regarding your use of our platform. It works alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. By creating an account or using any module, you confirm that you have read and accept this Agreement.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are entering this Agreement voluntarily, and have the legal capacity to do so. If you act for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to use reasonable security measures and to notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised access.

• Provide accurate information when using the platform and keep it current;
• Use the platform only for lawful, authorised business purposes;
• Respect the confidentiality of any data you can access about other users or clients;
• Comply with all applicable laws, including privacy, employment and financial-services laws;
• Obtain any consents needed before uploading personal information about others.

You will not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt to access data you are not entitled to, or introduce harmful code. AI-generated outputs are decision-support tools; you remain responsible for verifying their accuracy before acting on them or sharing them with third parties.

While your subscription is active, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform in accordance with our Terms. You may not sublicense, resell or exploit the platform for the benefit of anyone outside your authorised team without our consent.

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any output (including AI-generated reports) is accurate or suitable for your circumstances. You use the platform at your own risk.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as described in our Terms & Conditions. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on platform outputs or for any indirect or consequential losses you may suffer.

We may modify this Agreement from time to time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes; continued use of the platform after the effective date means you accept the updated Agreement.

You may stop using the platform and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach this Agreement or our Terms, or if required to protect the platform or other users.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Queensland, except where local mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence give you additional rights.
